4. Attach Payment Method
Billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is activated, Poominators will generate your invoice and email you a receipt, which will also be accessible in your customer portal. Please note that if payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused and removed from the schedule.

Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and get to work clearing away all the dog waste. Poominators® team members follow a systematic route to minimize the chance of missing anything. To ensure a thorough cleanup, our team will also walk through your yard multiple times, leaving it completely clean and waste-free.
Safety Procedures
After your yard is completely dog poop-free, your Poominators® technician will take and upload a photo of your securely closed gate to ensure your dogs remain safely in the yard. The team will then sanitize all scooping equipment using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant, preventing the spread of germs and ensuring a clean, healthy environment for every pet.
Pet Waste Removal
Depending on your location and local regulations, your pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or transport it in their service vehicle for proper disposal with Waste Management. In areas without a trash can, the waste will be double-bagged and left neatly on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal while adhering to local guidelines.
